Dear American customers,
All EU-based postal services, including our Czech postal service have paused accepting US-bound shipments because no EU-based postal service has the IT infrastructure yet in place to comply with the sudden tariff-related requirements (link to the letter our postal service sent us.) Translated:

Based on the new executive order of the US President, the “de minimis” duty-free regime for all postal shipments with a value of zero to 800 USD imported into the USA is being canceled with effect from August 29, 2025. Fundamental issues and procedures, especially in the area of customs duty collection, specification of data collected and method of cooperation with US customs authorities, have not yet been clearly defined by the relevant US authorities. Partial technical details were published only on August 15, which left an extremely limited time for preparing the technical transfer of data to the US side, as well as for setting up the customs duty collection, which must be done when the sender submits the shipment. For this reason, it is not possible to ensure compliance with the requirements of the executive order at this time. For Czech Post customers, this means that from August 22, 2025 until further notice, the reception of shipments to the USA that contain merchandise will be suspended, regardless of their value.

We normally send around 50 packages/day to the US via our national Postal service to the tune of nearly two million dollars/year. Our customers overwhelmingly are in the United States. This issue is an absolute emergency for all EU-based online stores that sell mainly to the US and extremely inconvenient for those American customers. Because no one knows yet how long it will take for the postal service to implement an IT solution, we plan to start shipping to the US again via DHL, September 1 at the latest. We're already working on store integration and label & waybill printing. Another website with updates on this situation is here. A very comprehensive explanation is here. Our apologies for the inconvenience!

Why Infadolan is the best choice for dermarolling after care: Infadolan contains vit. A in non-acid form (0.1% Retinyl Acetate) that doesn't irritate the skin when the skin is "open". Infadolan is indicated for the treatment of first degree burns. Vitamin D2 (Ergocalciferol) has been shown to be a potent agonist of the vit. D receptor which stimulates glycosaminoglycan synthesis and transforming growth factor TGF-beta 1, thereby accelerating wound healing. Vit. D2 promotes dermal strength and re-epithelialization as well as enhancing granulation tissue formation. Infadolan contains natural Lanolin - an excellent occlusive. Occluding scars and stretchmarks after rolling postpones peeling and has a beneficial effect on healing. Infadolan is not a cream - it's an occluding ointment and you should only use a very thin layer. Lanolin helps the vit. D enter the skin. Lanolin allergy likely does not exist.

Infadolan's ingredients:

Retinyl acetate: 48 000 IU in 30 g
Vit. D2: 30 000 IU in 100 g
The ointment base is white wax, natural lanoline and white vaseline.

We're by far the cheapest source for Infadolan - others charge an enormous cost of shipping (several times the cost of a tube) for this product.
