DHL so far has been charging 65% import tax instead of the 15% they should have over our Derminator device because they apparently assume that a "tattoo device" is made out of steel so they did 15% + 50% steel tariff, which by itself is preposterous, since that tariff is for bulk import of cheap Chinese steel that competes with US steel mills). Pending the outcome of a small test order batch with improved descriptions on Customs invoices, we won't ship to the US until DHL starts correctly assessing import tax. We should know more around October 15.

Due to the unique design of the machine, when it is operated without needle cartridge present, a magnet will fly out with great speed and can thus get lost. This magnet is a replacement.
These magnets are produced by the same company that manufactures the magnets inside the electromotors in Tesla cars. Few companies are able to supply Teflon-coated Neodymium magnets.
Some of the black Teflon coating will rub off and that is normal. The remainder will still protect the Nickel plating against chipping and corrosion and also reduces friction. These new magnets also are less sensitive to demagnetization so they should last as long as the rest of the machine. Never play with the magnet, never alow it to attach to metal, bec. the enormous G-force experienced during deceleration can easily chip the brittle alloy, making the magnet useless in the machine. This magnet is a precision part of a precision device, never to be played/experimented with. It will last forever, unless mishandled.
